I became a personal trainer because I love the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle. I’m passionate about making fitness efficient, fun and accessible to all. Connecting and sharing with people the knowledge that gaining strength, fitness and mobility with a healthy outlook on nutrition improves overall well-being. These are some of the reasons I started my career within the health and fitness industry 9 years ago.

Keeping my training sessions as fun as possible is a priority as it keeps me coming back for more! I love getting my adrenaline kicks from obstacle course racing. My favourite way to train is through functional and hybrid training making sure I maintain balance by incorporating flexibility, breath work and movement patterns. I also enjoy cross-fit style workouts, running, cycling, HIIT, Vinyasa & Kundalini yoga as well as mindfulness and meditation.

I started Emily Marie Personal Training with 3 core values; to motivate, educate and offer a superior service. I pride myself on going the extra mile with all my clients giving constant support in all aspects of their training regime.

You will have my full expertise throughout your training programme ensuring you receive the best advice and guidance specific to your goals. It’s important for me to build a great training and working friendship based on trust and integrity which hopefully will inspire you to fulfil your fitness potential.

All progress takes place outside the comfort zone.
